For Sonic the Hedgehog 2, I managed the delivery of high-energy character sequences spanning large-scale action and performance-led moments, coordinating animation teams across complex, fast-moving work. My role focused on aligning artists around clear beats, managing schedules and approvals, and maintaining momentum through demanding creative and technical challenges. By structuring the work to support both spectacle and character-driven timing, I helped guide the sequences through to polished, impactful final delivery under tight deadlines.
