2026 ES Luxury Sedan (2026)

The brief was to create an environment that functioned as a playground for the 2026 Lexus ES Luxury Sedan, balancing elegance and modernity with a sense of scale, atmosphere and movement. Working at Analog Studio, I managed the project end to end, beginning with the development of environmental concepts that explored tone, composition and visual language before production work began.
I built and led a blended team of freelancers and permanent artists, aligning departments around a shared creative intent before moving into asset production. Once concepts were approved, I oversaw the development of the environments in Houdini, establishing core geometry and spatial design before transitioning the work into Unreal Engine where texturing, look development and environmental finishing were refined and approved.
With the environments established in Unreal, I guided the team through layout, locking shot compositions before progressing into lighting, rendering and compositing. Stills were retouched and finished in Photoshop, while motion work was composited and graded in DaVinci Resolve. By structuring the project into clearly defined creative and technical stages, I was able to maintain consistency across both still and motion outputs while keeping delivery efficient under tight timelines.
The project required close collaboration across creative, CG and finishing teams, balancing high-end visual craft with practical production oversight to deliver polished multi-format assets for campaign use.
