2026 IS Luxury Sedan (2025)

The brief was to create an environment that functioned as a playground for the 2026 Lexus IS Luxury Sedan. Working at Analog, I managed the process end to end, beginning with the development of environmental concepts that explored tone, scale and movement before any production work began. I built and managed a mixed team of freelancers and permanent staff, aligning everyone around a shared creative intent before moving into production. Once the concepts were approved, I led the build of the environments in Houdini, establishing core geometry before transitioning the work into Unreal Engine where texturing was developed and approved.

With the environments established in Unreal, I guided the team through layout, locking shot compositions before progressing into lighting and compositing. Stills were retouched and finished in Photoshop, while motion was composited in DaVinci, with grading handled in Photoshop for stills and DaVinci Resolve again for motion. By structuring the work into clear stages and staying close to the craft throughout, I maintained creative intent while keeping delivery focused and efficient. This approach supported collaboration across a blended team and enabled confident exploration while delivering polished, high-quality work under pressure.
