Little Holidays (2025)
Storyboards, CG, Comp & Edit.
British Airways x American Express
For British Airways x American Express – Little Holidays, I oversaw VFX delivery for a hybrid CG and stop-motion TVC, coordinating artists and departments to bring the miniature worlds to life. I was involved during the character look development phase, helping guide the development and approval of the final character lookdev so that the CG characters sat naturally within the handcrafted stop-motion aesthetic.
Alongside this, I managed the storyboarding process, booking and coordinating a storyboard artist and working with the creative team to shape the sequence ahead of production.
As production moved forward, I supervised the integration of CG elements within the practical miniature environments, ensuring the digital assets complemented the tactile qualities of the physical builds. I then guided the work through plate ingest, layout, animation, lighting and compositing, maintaining alignment between the creative vision and technical execution.
While the final grade was handled externally, I managed the return of graded footage and led versioning, edit builds and final delivery across TV and social formats. Throughout the project, I acted as the bridge between creative and technical teams, maintaining visual cohesion, momentum and quality across the final campaign assets.
